Papers and personal relevance

Home shows recent papers matched to your confirmed research interests. Find papers searches stored papers and automatically queues relevance scores for your query, independently of your interests. Scores use original paper evidence and do not measure scientific quality. An unavailable or pending assessment is not a zero score.

Relevant and Not relevant feedback is private and can be changed or cleared. Saving a paper does not change its assessment. Original abstracts and external source links remain available with each paper.

Scientists and projects

Find scientists searches public ORCID-derived records. Papers and scientists can be saved to Projects, alongside notes and links.

Saving a scientist never sends email. Project owners can separately invite collaborators by email. Accepted collaborators can edit project contents; only owners manage invitations, membership, and project deletion. Every member sees only their own personal paper assessments and feedback.

Account and public profile

Sign in with ORCID. New accounts require a username and email. A research draft stays in browser session storage through sign-in and is saved only after your confirmation.

Settings separates private interests, public profile, and account details. Public profiles display your publishing name, username, ORCID, biography, affiliations, and links. Private research interests and project contents never appear on that page.

Public API

Public profiles are available as JSON:

GET /api/getAuthor/{username}

Scientist search accepts a URL-encoded query:

GET /api/reviewers/search?q=single-cell%20genomics

The signed-in workspace uses session authentication. Mutating account, interest, feedback, and project requests require the CSRF token returned by the API. Do not put session credentials or invitation tokens in URLs.

Older list, graph, and pilot interfaces are retired. See Privacy for current data handling.
